　民主党は27日にマニフェストを発表した。その中の「食の安全・安心を確保する」という項目に、下記のような文章があった。

「BSE対策としての全頭検査に対する国庫補助を復活し、また輸入牛肉の条件違反があった場合には、輸入の全面禁止等直ちに対応する」

現在、全頭検査で利用されているプリオン検査法である、Enzyme-Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay法(ELISA法)で、発症していない若い牛のプリオンの検出はほぼムリであるというのが事実だ。

そのムリなもので全頭検査したからといってプリオンが検出される可能性はとてつもなく低い。それなのに新たに予算を付けて全頭検査とはね。呆れてモノが言えなくなるよ、過度にポピュリズムに偏っている民主党のあまりのバカっぷりにさ。
